Parkhurst because Cameron and Orozco eliminated (on) themselves v Costa Rica. Goodson because Brooks was allowed to head back to Berlin. Castillo and Torres because they're not intimidated by el Tri. Beckerman because he makes everyone else better, and without Bradley that's important. Johnson to start, but Johannsson at the half.
