I want EJ & Altidore both out on the field, but am concerned a little about the lack of width on the right. Johnson needs to push up and wide on the right, with the threat of diagonal runs into the box, Dempsey also pushing to the right mostly. Left side attack is different: Kljestan & DMB working very wide with Bradley acting as a fulcrum and cover. Attacks from left come back into Dempsey & Johnson crashing the box. Attack from right are more straight on, with a rare overlap from Evans.
