The team that started against Germany might as well be the team that starts against Jamaica—unless Fabian Johnson's hammy is worse than reported. Would I rather see Guzan in net? Yes. But it's not going to happen. And I still wish Eric Lichaj was in camp to provide some steel and speed at fullback, but given the options available here, I see no reason to make changes.
