This is probably the best back four they have, with both LBs out with injury/sickness. Danny Williams should reprise his role as a defensive midfielder, given how well he played there against Jamaica. Bradley will always have a spot, and in the middle is the best possible place he could be. Zusi earned the right to play on the right with Donovan out, and Kljestan has experience on the left, as well as being in excellent form. Dempsey, as the best player on the roster, will have to start. Hopefully a guy like Gordon (or perhaps Johnson) will provide the aerial threat and ability to hold the ball that allows Dempsey to roam a bit, as he likes to do.
