Back line was good last game, but Zusi will get burned by Jamaica so he gets subbed out for Lichaj. Worried that Besler/Gonzalez are too slow as well, but they are the only CB pairing that have had a good game.
Acosta is tired and got a knock at the end of last game, so McCarty gets the start next to Bradley. Nagbe has to start. Arriola or Zardes could start on the wing. And actually, I would be pretty OK with Zusi starting at RM in a game where we should have 60-70% possession.
Dempsey is well rested and played very well in his 30 or so min. I think he will get the start since we are playing Jamaica and will have more possession. If we played Mexico, I think he would be a sub with a more speedy option starting.
