Jozy Altidore can hold up the ball and is an excellent distributor of the ball. Nagbe and Dempsey can act as the main playmaking options and Zardes is a great 3rd option and workhorse on the wing. Bradley will captain the team. Acosta is the best cdm the US has right now. A back 4 of Villafana, Miazga, Gonzalez, and Besler can provide a good defense with set piece threats and good attacking by Villafana. This could even turn to a 3-5-2 for more attacking. Villafana would move to left wing-back, Zardes to right wing-back, Nagbe to the 10 and Dempsey up to striker with Altidore.
