Given his relatively conservative mindset of late, we can't expect Jurgen Klinsmann to dispense with standing automatic selections like Jones, Altidore and Bradley. But stationing Bradley deeper and installing Beckerman as a pure #6 will get more out of the USMNT's captain than his recent stints as the 10. Jones remains an aging bull in a china shop, a state that is best wielded in an "advanced destroyer" role vs. CONCACAF competition. Ream-Cameron can become a solid CB partnership if given time, while time at right back is exactly what Yedlin needs right now. Ibarra, Zardes and FabJo are in decent form and bring a dose of dynamism in wide areas.
