1. Altidore does not deserve to start
2. Bradley is a much better 8 than a 10 - plenty of teams also win games without true 10s
3. Johnson plays LM in Champions league while Cameron and Yedlin start across the backline in the EPL - play them in these positions
4. Lets see what Nagbe can do - at this point in his career I still see Jones having great value as a sub, but certainly no longer as a starter
5. Lets pick and build around a CB tandem with chemistry
