Guzan is a no-brainer. Chandler has been awful and I think Beasley is one of the new additions that could walk back in to this team so he comes in at LB and pushes Johnson to RB. Ream comes in for the suspended Brooks as the left footed CB. Alverado has looked too green to me so I bring in Gonzalez as the RCB. Ream and Gonzalez played together earlier in the cup so there's some cohesion there. I continue with the Bradley / Beckerman axis. They haven't always clicked in this tournament but they are our best midfield paring. I put Zardez on one of the wings. He has had more of an impact on the wing than up top. Bedoya proved he's back with his display in the last game so he plays on the other wing. They could swap as needed. I think Johannsson and Dempsey have similar creative type games which doesn't always work when the players in the strike partnership are too much a like. However, they interchanged very well against Haiti. Johannsson has looked his best in a US shirt in this tournament and he operates better with a strike partner than alone. Dempsey keeps coming up big in the right moments even if he's not a consistent threat the whole game.
