I'm assuming Alex Morgan is still unavailable to start. This would put Lloyd further away from the defensive duties that she's terrible at and closer to goal where she's good. Holiday and Heath could actually control the midfield if directed to do so, rather than boot it long, so this relies on Ellis *wank*. Press can hold the ball if required, but shouldn't have to. Rather, she should check into the midfield and find space behind retreating defenders as the wing players move forward with the ball.
