2 up top cause with Altidore/Dempsey other formations unlikely.
Bradley/Diskerud/Nguyen in midfield with Kitchen as a defensive center mid.
Besler/Jones as likely center back pairing. Shea and Zardes as left/right back cause I have no idea who on this roster can play wide back but these two are fast and can attack.
