Rubin and Morales earned their playing time with excellent club performance and looked up to the task (in admittedly limited minutes for Morales) against Colombia. I want to see more. Wood has looked threatening in his stints with the MNT and I also want to see more. The hardest exclusion is Cameron. But Brooks and Besler are ahead at CB, Diskerud and Morales (and Beckerman if looking at 2014/2015) are ahead at DM, and Fabian is ahead at RB.
