Since Altidore is captain, he is clearly a starter, though would be nice to see Bobby Wood get playing time in the second half given his time playing in Germany.
Hyndman and Rubin may be the most creative midfielders, but unlikely to start. Gyau adds a great amount of pace, too.
The defense is pretty predictable, though no big surprises would make much difference.
