I'm going with players that have been on USMNT before at some point in time. Notice the midfield as they all played together on U23 team and played well together vs. Mexico. Ream starts because of his height at LB because Orozco is only 5'11 vs. Czech Republic and we'll need more height in there. This could be a big game for Orozco and Corona because many of the times they were on USMNT against Euro teams they didn't play so they will need to show they can compete with Euro teams/players. I'd expect to see all 6 subs and my guesses are Chandler, Garza, Hyndman, Gyau, Wood, and either Shea or Rubin in for Altidore.
