Take advantage of Hazard's lack of D with Bradley and Fabian pairing. Tell Cam to stick on Hazard with Fabian as back up.
If experiment with Mix as withdrawn forward doesn't work then:
1) if Jozy is truly okay, sub in and drop Dempsey to withdrawn
2) otherwise sub AJ in up top and Dempsey withdrawn
Other fail safe if in a stalemate is bring in Zusi/Bedoya
What I like most of this is it puts the most fit and in-form players (mix being the only gamble) in the fire.
