THE POPULATION OF Sweden is about 9.5 million. Zlatan Ibrahimovic's autobiography, I Am Zlatan: My Story On and Off the Field (Random House; $10.95), has already sold more than 1 million copies in the Scandinavian country alone.

Richard Williams of the Guardian gushed over the tome, calling it "The most compelling autobiography ever to appear under a footballer's name."

Marcus Samuelsson, bestselling author of Yes, Chef, had this to say: “I love this book. I love it because it’s so much bigger than soccer. I Am Zlatan is a story of hope and grit and what an immigrant kid who comes from nothing can accomplish with hard work and belief in himself. It’s also a beautiful window into our new, more open, more diverse world.”

But our favorite blurb comes from Sportbladet: "Good God, this is dynamite!"

It really is.

And American Soccer Now really has a signed copy it wants to give away to one lucky reader. All you have to do to is create a Starting XI roster for the United States - Nigeria using our patented drag and drop widget. Most of you already already know how to do this, but for the uninitiated:

  • Sign in to the site (or create an account)
  • Go to the Starting XI page
  • Select a formation
  • Pick your starters
  • And then Tweet out your Starting XI using the icon right there on the page.

Complete this process by 11:59 p.m. Friday, June 6 and we will randomly select a winner of the signed copy of I Am Zlatan: My Story On and Off the Field.

Of course, even if you do win the sweepstakes, you're going to need to buy the book—a copy to read. Here's the link to do so.

Any questions? Ask below. Now go create a lineup and enter the sweepstakes or we will send Zlatan after you.
