Fabian Johnson is still sick with the flu and will miss the United States national team's qualifier with Guatemala on Tuesday. There will be "no immediate replacement," according to US Soccer.

The versatile Hoffenheim player did not travel with the squad to Antigua & Barbuda, but he was expected to meet the team in Kansas City for the final match of the semifinal round of World Cup qualification.

The Americans need a point against Guatemala to ensure they advance.

Jurgen Klinsmann has some decisions to make given the absence of Johnson. Tell us your ideal Starting XI.
