OUR JUST-LAUNCHED 2014 World Cup channel is designed to be your Internet home from now until the end of July. It features:

  • In-depth looks at the four teams in Group G and their respective coaches, including tactical analyses, World Cup history, and information on how each squad made it to the tournament.

  • 70 information-rich player profiles, ranging from Cristiano Ronaldo to Mix Diskerud to Ghana's highly vulnerable goalkeeper who, by the way, plays for a South Africa-based team called the Orlando Pirates. (Did you know that? No you did not.)

These profiles include photos; key stats for each player; videos so you can see them in action; news links so you can find even more information about them; and we've included their Twitter handles and the number of followers they have.

  • Key quotes from the coaches and players from Ghana, Germany, Portugal, and the United States.

  • A steady feed of fresh, World Cup-centric content so you can filter out anything that's not directly related to this summer's massive competition/celebration.

  • And, of course, we have standings and schedules and that sort of stuff.

Intrigued? We hope so. Check it out here. Spend an hour or two, and then come back tomorrow because new articles and info will be added nonstop.
