  • Damn son: "MLS releases 2015 roster rules and highlights lack of commitment to league quality."

  • Interesante: "Fox Sports is close to picking up the English-language rights to next year’s Copa América Centenario, sources said. A formal announcement is expected to come at some point this month. Fox Sports declined comment. This year’s three-week tournament is being carried by beIN Sport. Univision last year signed a deal for the Spanish-language rights."

  • What success looks like for the U.S. women's team. This will probably be the only article we link to on Glamour.com. Don't blame us if you get lost in the Met Gala fashion slideshow rabbit hole. You best believe that's where ASN EIC John Godfrey is headed after tweeting this morning read. And can you blame him?

  • Will Packwood is going to be a very good addition for some MLS team. He's being linked to the New England Revolution, but who knows what that means.

  • More than you ever wanted to know about Soccer Morning. Best of luck to Jason and the gang.

  • More than you ever wanted to know about Cristian Roldan: "When a coach is behind you like that and has confidence in you, it definitely carries over to the player. It affects the player in a good and positive way. Once I heard Sigi tell the media that and he also told me that privately, it touches your heart because this is a guy who wants what is best for me. He made a couple of calls and made it happen. But he’s made it happen for me at the club as well."

  • Clint Dempsey and Obafemi Martins are very coachable, according to Ante Razov: "Top players always want to be coached. Yes, they're big personalities for sure, but they have respect for the process and for the ideas that we throw at them. Sometimes maybe it doesn't click right away, but I ask a lot of questions of them. Ask questions, ask questions. And as a former striker we're seeing the same things, and we kind of get at it. To be fair, the feedback is very open, and I’ve been very open with them. It's been fantastic."
