  • In 2010, Ghana bounced the Bradley-led United States out of the World Cup. Next month, the current Pharaohs' coach will have a chance to prevent the club from reaching Brazil. Egypt and Ghana will play a home-and-away series with the winner going to the 2014 tournament. The second game will take place in Egypt, which just wow. You really have to love soccer, don't you?

  • Can anyone stop the Seattle Sounders? They are on top of MLS and Clint Dempsey hasn't really done much of anything. Lamar Neagle, take a bow.

  • Jay DeMerit made it back to the field much earlier than expected. “You always make sure that if you are needed, you're ready,” he said, which is a great quote considering he had a torn ACLAchilles. The former U.S. center back looked good, except for the moment when he almost scored on his Vancouver Whitecaps.
