  • Mix Diskerud has tumbled on the NYCFC depth chart and coach Patrick Vieira said the team would be willing to move him. “He is going through a difficult period because he is an international player and he needs and wants to play," Vieira said. "I can understand his frustrations and if there is team that is around that is interested then as a club we will talk about it.”

  • After a strong 2015 season back in MLS, Sebastian Lletget is struggling to score this year. “I’ve just got to keep shooting and never forget that. I still believe that I’m going to get many goals this season," Lletget said. "I have to believe that.”

  • FIFA president Gianni Infantino will be interviewed by FIFA's ethics committee because of course. From the BBC: "The allegations relate to a possible conflict of interest when using private jets laid on by a World Cup-bidding country; that he filled senior posts without checking people's eligibility for the role; and billing Fifa for mattresses, flowers, an exercise machine and personal laundry."
