- Tim Parker is looking to make the most of his January camp call-up, which could springboard the 22-year-old to a starting job with the U-23s for the Olympic qualifying playoff.
- Jordan Morris will not be signing with Werder Bremen. "Following intense talks, the player made clear that he currently sees his future in America," chief executive Thomas Eichin said. "We are distancing ourselves from a transfer for the time being, but we will remain in close contact with him and are entertaining the idea of working together in the future."
