  • The United States concludes the semifinal round of CONCACAF World Cup qualifying tonight in Jacksonville against Trinidad & Tobago, with hex qualification all but certain. A win or a draw would see the U.S. through, but holding a 12-goal cushion over Guatemala, the Americans would still probably advance with a loss.

  • How would you line the team up tonight?

  • After Sacha Kljestan and Christian Pulisic turned in great performances off the bench Friday, which should earn them both more playing time.

  • Megan Rapinoe showed support for Colin Kaepernick on Sunday night, kneeling while the national anthem was played before a Seattle-Chicago match.

“Being a gay American, I know what it means to look at the flag and not have it protect all of your liberties. It was something small that I could do and something that I plan to keep doing in the future and hopefully spark some meaningful conversation around it.

“It’s important to have white people stand in support of people of color on this. We don’t need to be the leading voice, of course, but standing in support of them is something that’s really powerful.”

  • What do you think of Rapinoe’s decision?
